Each skid on every order is checked against our quality specifications using Quickscan technology and is documented for easy retrieval and referral. Through our investments in the best technology and rigorous team training, we provide high quality control and minimal sheeting issues. All orders have roll usage and waste percentage calculated on an order-by-order basis. Target waste is 3 -5% based on product and size of order (generally, larger orders have proportionately less waste). Waste includes side trim, start of job and waste left on the roll around the core. While our competitors talk about waste, we document and inform our customers on every order.
